Langstone Engineering are pleased to announce the addition of three new engineers to our ever growing team.
Langstone Engineering has been working closely with the INEOS Team UK, based around the corner in Portsmouth, over the last two years. The main project for the INEOS America Cup Racing boat, involved our 5-axis machining expertise to create the foils / rudders now being used on the boat in New Zealand. Langstone wish INEOS all the best in the forthcoming races. Results to follow…
On the 12th January 2021, Langstone Engineering celebrated their 20 years trading milestone. During that 20-year period, Gary Hart has led Langstone to become the UK’s first choice in Precision Engineering, with a reputation of delivering to promise for it’s diverse client base. Having relocated to the current site in Portsmouth in 2012, Langstone increased their size and capacity with the acquisition of an adjacent unit to house their tooling operation, and then over time expanded their team across all skill sets to 45. Commenting around the anniversary, Gary remarked “I’m delighted the business has grown to it’s current level, and through the effort of the team, we continue to pick up new and exciting clients to take us forward for the next 20 years”.
As a part of Langstone’s 20-year review, it was felt we should update the Company logo and typeface to reflect a more modern 21st century Langstone. The addition of the Union Jack emphasises our commitment to UK Engineering and manufacturing, and remaining at the forefront of the Precision Engineering sector for the future.
